Rope Access Technician Supervisor

About the role

Abseil Access is seeking a Level 3 Rope Access Technician to join our dynamic team. Our diverse project portfolio spans across New Zealand and the South Pacific, covering sectors such as environmental, civil, and infrastructure. We specialize in geotechnical slope stabilisation, bridge projects, disaster response, building maintenance, industrial plant inspection, conservation initiatives, hydro plant services, and work at height anchor system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Working and supervising with teams of rope access technicians on a range of different worksites
• Daily site reporting and site HSE documentation
• Completing general maintenance to specification
• Compliance with Abseil Access HSEQ Procedures

About you

• Rope Access qualification essential
• IRATA Level 3 or equivalent
• Geotechnical experience essential
• Experience as a Rope Access Supervisor
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Aptitude for heights and outdoors
• Work and travel around New Zealand essential for this position
