Duties

• Lead participants through high ropes course activities with clear instructions and enthusiastic encouragement
• Conduct safety briefings, harness fittings, and equipment checks to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead participants through ropes courses practice area.

• Train participant on safety and effective use of all equipment.

• Create a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants.

• Facilitate the challenge course experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for guiding others.

• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
