What we needWe have a Full Time or Part Time (By Negotiation) opportunity available for a highly motivated, outside the box thinker to join our team as a Rostering Officer!

**What will you do?**As the Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Management of the daily rostering of employees
• Ensuring sick leave, annual leave and general vacancies are filled with suitably skilled staff that meet contractual and EBA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and sick leave certificates and arrange orientation for new staff as necessary.
• Maintain internal education records.
• Complete other ad-hoc administration duties as directed

What you bring to the role

• Rostering Experience within a Residential Aged Care Setting (highly desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in contemporary record keeping
• Excellent Communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
