ROTATING & RELIABILITY ENGINEER

About the role

To ensure the safe, reliable, effective and efficient operation of all rotating equipment within the gas transmission system by implementing reliability and relevant strategies, conducting performance analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure high reliability and availability of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines, motors)
2. Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on safety and reliability data
3. Implement and analyze condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
4. Lead investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
5. Support asset lifecycle optimization and long-term reliability strategies
6. Ensure all rotating equipment operations comply with HSSE standards and risk controls
7. Drive reliability improvement initiatives and best practices implementation
8. Provide technical expertise and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and projects
9. Support implementation of corporate risk management and corporate HSSE program

About you

• Minimum S-1 from Engineering Discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Pipeline and Gas areas experience
• Skills and Knowledge           : Instrumentation & Control, Industry Codes And Standards, Calibration, Reliability, Turbomachinary,  Project Risk Management, Inspection, System & Process Documentation, Project Management, Gas Billing, Permit to Work Monitoring, RCA, FMEA, RCM
