Rotational Moulding Operator

About the role

Located in Midvale WA, Rota Moulding WA is seeking an additional Rotational Moulding Operator who operates rotational moulding machines to produce tanks and products efficiently, consistently, and to specification.

Your Role

• Load moulds with correct resin quantities
• Operate moulding machines according to process parameters
• Monitor heating, cooling, and cycle times
• Ensure consistent production across shifts
• Maintain cycle efficiency and minimise delays
• Inspect products for defects (e.g. warping, pitting or thin walls)
• Ensure correct wall thickness and finish
• Assist with mould changes
• Prepare machines for next production run
• Maintain clean work areas
• Weekdays M-F, some Saturdays as required
• Shift starts at 6 AM

About you

• Rotational moulding or machine operating experience preferred.
• Practical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance (mandatory) and the ability to work well in a team.
