Rotational Program Associate

• Rotate through 3 to 4 teams (e.g., strategy, operations, product, commercial) over 12 to 24 months.
• Own real projects in each rotation, not just support work, with clear deliverables and results.
• Analyze problems, gather data, and present recommendations to team leads and senior management.
• Help launch new initiatives, from planning and coordination to tracking early results.
• Build a network across the company and share learnings that connect teams together.
• Focus: learning the business fast by working across different teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates with an outstanding record are welcome.
• Top academic performance, leadership roles, or competitive internships (tech, banking, or consulting).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and data.
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new teams, topics, and managers.
• High drive and curiosity, with a clear interest in growing into a future leader.
