Rough Carpenter

Construction Brokers, Inc. is a commercial General Contractor with 70 years in business and 10 U.S. offices. We are looking for an experienced Rough Carpenter for steady commercial work in the St. Louis area. Our office is in Chesterfield, MO.

Please note: Our onboarding process includes a background check, drug screening, physical, and I-9 employment eligibility verification.

Requirements:

• 5+ years general construction/carpentry experience preferred
• Commercial remodeling and rough carpentry experience
• Wood and metal stud framing, blocking, drywall framing and demolition
• Barricades, scaffolding and general jobsite carpentry
• Metal doors, frames and hardware installation
• Basic structural steel/welding knowledge a plus
• Able to work independently and alongside Superintendents/subcontractors
• Basic hand tools, reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• OSHA 10 required or must be obtained
• Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders/stairs and work from scaffolding
• Occasional overnight travel required; CBI covers approved hotel and meal expenses with an additional temporary wage increase while traveling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
