We are currently looking for a motivated, outgoing, and dependable individual to join our team as a Route Delivery & Sales Representative. This position offers hands-on training directly with the owner, who has over 30 years of experience in the meat and seafood industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meat and seafood orders to customers on assigned routes
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions
• Generate new sales opportunities through in-home and route sales
• Maintain organized inventory and product handling standards
• Safely operate a company vehicle during deliveries and sales appointments
• Collect payments and complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to lift and carry frozen food products
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Sales experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
• Must enjoy working with customers and being on the road
