Louisiana Tom’s Vending is seeking a dependable, hardworking Vending Route Driver to service assigned customer locations throughout the area. This position is responsible for ensuring vending machines and smart coolers are fully stocked, clean, organized, and operating properly while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route to service vending machines and smart coolers at customer locations.
• Load, unload, transport, and stock snacks, beverages, fresh food, and other vending products.
• Rotate products and check expiration dates to ensure freshness and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products according to each location’s needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable vending machines and coolers.
• Identify and report equipment issues, product concerns, and maintenance needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and promptly address service concerns.
• Accurately complete route paperwork, inventory records, and other required documentation.
• Follow food safety procedures, company policies, and safe driving practices.
• Manage route stops efficiently and ensure all assigned locations receive consistent, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products and supplies throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing time effectively.
• Previous delivery, route driving, stocking, warehouse, or vending experience is preferred but not required.
