Route Driver / Service Technician

About the role

We're opening in Raleigh, and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Route Driver / Service Technician to run it. VIBE NC handles office beverage and pantry solutions: kegerators, cold brew and nitro on tap, Jura coffee machines, Bevi water machines, snacks and pantry items for offices and apartment buildings. Charlotte is home. Raleigh is next.

You'll drive a company van (no CDL needed) along a set route to deliver kegs, stock pantries, and keep the equipment running. You're our face in the Triangle: you work with our operations team to take care of Raleigh clients on site. If you've run a route before and know your way around a kegerator or a coffee machine, you're who we're looking for. If you like working on your own, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and know how to put a smile on a client's face, this is your kind of job.

What you'll handle in a week

• Pack and verify orders, load the van and run the route. Handle service calls and receiving.
• Shop for Raleigh pantry clients.
• Receive distributor and supply deliveries, keep inventory counts right, stage empty kegs.
• Some trips to our Charlotte warehouse for training and product pickup. Company van, paid drive time.
• Diagnose and repair equipment on site, mainly kegerators, plus Bevi and Jura machines. We train you hands-on.
• Routine line cleanings, gas tank swaps and leak checks.
• Handle initial on-site visits and set-ups for new clients, and check in with your point of contact at every stop.

What we're looking for

Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No CDL required.
• 21 or older
• Mechanically inclined: comfortable with basic tools and troubleshooting
• Works independently with minimal supervision; comfortable meeting clients on site
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs daily and move full kegs safely with a hand truck
• Willing to work in all types of weather and in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable with a smartphone for photos, notes and route apps

Preferred

• 2+ years running a delivery or service route
• Hands-on repair experience with kegerators, draft systems, coffee or water machines, refrigeration or vending. This earns the top of the range.

What you get

• $19–$22/hour to start, depending on experience, with a pay review at 90 days
• About 25–30 hours a week to start; more hours as Raleigh grows
