Summary

As a Route Sales Representative at Ohio Premium Provisions, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Boar's Head products to our valued customers. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective route management and exceptional service. We operate M-F

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on designated routes while ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage inventory levels on the truck, ensuring proper stock for each delivery.
• Upsell additional products during deliveries to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving and handling products.
• Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload products efficiently.
• Organize routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in food distribution.
• Valid driver's license (CDL) not mandatory but preferred with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills to manage routes and inventory effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with deliveries.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
