Route Planner

Job Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in transportation planning, logistics, dispatching, or fleet operations.
• Ability to provide clear instructions and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using ERP, TMS, or fleet management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize daily delivery and collection routes based on shipment volume, customer requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Assign vehicles and drivers according to route requirements, vehicle capacity, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily route plans, dispatch schedules, and transportation reports.
• Monitor transportation costs, fuel consumption, toll expenses, and route productivity.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, delivery logs, and route performance data.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, vehicle utilization, mileage, and fuel efficiency.
• Handle route changes, emergency deliveries, and operational disruptions promptly.
• Analyze traffic conditions, road restrictions, and weather updates to minimize delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, transportation regulations, and government requirements.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
