Route Planner/Outbound

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and organize outbound deliveries based on shipment schedules, customer requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Prepare truck loading plans to maximize vehicle capacity and optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, fleet/transport, and delivery teams to ensure timely shipment releases.
• Monitor outbound loading activities and ensure the accuracy of shipment quantities and documentation.
• Prepare and update dispatch schedules, trip assignments, and outbound reports.
• Ensure proper coordination of truck availability, delivery routes, and shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and promptly report delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and established logistics procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, load planning, outbound operations, dispatching, or transportation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of truck capacity, route planning, shipment scheduling, and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
