Route Technician

Position Overview
We are a family owned small business looking to expand our team. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Route Technician. As a Route Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing portable restrooms at various locations. If you enjoy working independently, love being outdoors, and take pride in delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect job for you.

Duties

• Drive a company vehicle to designated service site.
• Maintain and clean portable restrooms to company standard.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting products, pricing, and services during client interactions.
• Ensure the safe handling of all equipment and waste material.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Experience & Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
