Rover / Flex Security Officer – DTLA | $20/hr

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring Rover / Flex Security Officers to support multiple properties throughout Downtown Los Angeles.

If you like variety, staying busy, and working at different properties instead of being stuck at the same post every day, this could be a great fit.

Pay & Hours

• $20.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 16 hours per week
• Opportunity to pick up additional hours
• Must be flexible for day, swing, graveyard, weekend, and last-minute coverage

What We're Looking For

• Active California Guard Card REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of security experience preferred, but not required
• Proactive communicator — we need someone who keeps supervisors informed
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional appearance and customer service skills
• Able to learn new posts quickly
• Comfortable working at different DTLA properties
• Willing to patrol, stand, walk, and stay active depending on the assignment

What You'll Do

• Cover open shifts at different DTLA properties
• Handle access control, patrols, lobby coverage, gates, and other security assignments
• Provide professional customer service
• Follow site-specific post orders
• Complete daily activity and incident reports
• Stay in communication with Field Supervisors and Operations
• Step in and adapt quickly when coverage is needed
