Roving Account Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, professional, and long-lasting partnerships
• Translate client requirements, expectations, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into actionable directives for internal teams and operations staff
• Lead, coach, and support account executives, coordinators, or on-site support staff to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, metrics dashboards, and business review summaries to both internal management and client

About you

• 4 years Graduate of any course
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operational supervision
• Must have own motorcycle (Reimbursable Gas)
