ROVING ACCOUNTING STAFF

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the preparation of branches' petty cash replenishments
• Assists Accounting staffs for the preparation of summary of 1601C on a monthly basis
• Assists Accounting staffs for the preparation of mandatory remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF
• Assists Accounting staffs in encoding monthly payment of contributions and loans such as SSS, HDMF and PhiHealth and make payments thru Digi Banker
• Assists Accounting staffs for the preparation of annual listing of employees (BIR Alphalist)
• Assists Accounting staffs for the preparation and distribution of payroll and payslip of Haniko Ultra Food OPC employees
• Segregate and filing the check vouchers with attachments and place it on a coded box arranged on a monthly basis
• Assists Accounting staffs in encoding of Haniko Ultra Food OPC monthly Journal vouchers
• Responsible for the posting of check vouchers to the cash disbursement book and prepare the corresponding journal voucher
• Prepare and process RPV, APV, SPV for store branches
• Responsible for the posting of AP Vouchers transaction to AP book and prepare the monthly recapitulations thru JV
• Encode Input tax to the BIR Relief System and EWT to the BIR Alphalist System
• Responsible for the preparation of summary of EWTT & Input tax on a monthly basis and make payment to BIR thru EFPS
• Responsible for monthly sales reconciliation per bbranches (POS vs. PayMaya/GCash, Grab, FoodPanda, etc.)
• Weekly visits different store branches to assists and monitors accounting process and coordinate it with immediate superior
• Assists Accounting staffs in monthly branch inventories
• Assists Accounting staffs in updating Company Books ( CDB, CRB, GL)
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior
