Roving Engineer (licensed Electrical/ Mechanical)

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

OFFICE LOCATION: Roving assignment within Metro Manila. Primary coverage includes Filinvest Buendia (Makati City), Filinvest Cyberzone Bay City (Pasay City), and 100 West (100 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. corner Washington St., Makati City). Assigned property may change depending on operational requirements.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probationary / Regular Employment

JOB SUMMARY:

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and safety of building facilities and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Respond to tenant and resident maintenance requests and coordinate repair and installation activities.
• Monitor contractor and fit-out works to ensure compliance with building standards, safety regulations, and approved plans.
• Prepare maintenance reports and assist during equipment testing, commissioning, and government inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or a relevant Technical/Vocational course.
• Experience in building or facilities maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on a roving assignment and be deployed to different properties within Metro Manila as needed.
