About the role

We are seeking a Roving Merchandiser to join our team at Wonderzyme Inc. on a full-time basis. Based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, this role is pivotal to ensuring consistent and compelling product presentation across our retail locations. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards. This position offers you the opportunity to make a direct impact on sales performance and customer satisfaction through effective visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans and product displays across multiple retail locations to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate product availability and rotation in accordance with company guidelines
• Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal displays to maximise customer engagement and drive sales
• Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing accuracy and promotional signage across assigned locations
• Liaise with store managers and sales teams to identify merchandising opportunities and address any issues
• Maintain detailed records of merchandising activities, stock movements and performance metrics
• Train and provide guidance to store staff on merchandising best practices and product knowledge
• Travel between assigned retail locations to ensure consistent brand representation and merchandising standards
• Report on merchandising effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Visual Merchandiser or similar retail position within the consumer products or retail sector
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles, product placement strategies and visual display techniques
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with store teams and management
• Physical capability to perform duties such as lifting, standing for extended periods and travelling between locations
• Proficiency in using retail management systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the retail sector
• A keen eye for visual design and understanding of consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns
• Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems and familiarity with the Metro Manila retail landscape
