Roving Merchandiser

About the role

Seafoods Varieties Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Roving Merchandiser to join our retail team on a full-time basis. Based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, this role is pivotal in ensuring our seafood and consumer products maintain optimal shelf presence and visual appeal across multiple retail locations. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand at the point of sale, travelling between assigned retail outlets to maintain product standards, execute merchandising strategies, and drive customer engagement. This position plays a crucial role in maximising product visibility, supporting sales growth, and strengthening our presence in the retail market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned store locations within the designated cluster.
• Maintain proper product display and availability.
• Monitor product stocks and assist with replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly arranged according to company standards.
• Assist customers and provide basic product information when needed.
• Submit required reports and store updates.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to different store locations within the assigned cluster.
• Merchandising or retail experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable.
• Own motorcycle is an advantage.
