Roving Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple food service branches or locations. The role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, service quality, manpower productivity, and consistent compliance with company standards across all assigned locations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple branches or locations.
• Supervise, guide, and provide direction to Area Managers and Branch Managers.
• Monitor branch P&L, sales, labor costs, food costs, and other key financial and operational indicators.
• Review and analyze operational and financial reports to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare, consolidate, and present management reports and performance updates.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and operational audits.
• Monitor manpower requirements, employee performance, attendance, productivity, and staffing efficiency.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, operational standards, and service standards.
• Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, training, employee relations, manpower planning, and staffing concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle escalated operational issues and customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and operational improvement plans based on business needs and performance results.
• Support new branch openings, expansions, and major operational initiatives.
• Monitor overall branch performance and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
• Present operational and financial performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in restaurant or food service operations.
• Must have management experience with Jollibee, McDonald's, or Mang Inasal.
• Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple branches or locations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of P&L, financial reports, and operational reports.
• Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing operational and financial reports.
• Strong analytical, leadership, people management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, manpower management, inventory management, and cost control.
• Preferably proficient in Chinese and English, in addition to Tagalog.
• Willing to travel and work on a roving basis across assigned locations.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational concerns simultaneously.

Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
