Roving Sales Agent - Silang Area

About the role

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a dynamic and energetic Roving Sales Agent to join our retail and consumer products team.

As a Roving Sales Agent, you will be building relationships with potential customers and driving sales through engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales techniques. This role is critical to expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets in your designated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Travel throughout the upper Cavite area to visit retail locations, commercial establishments, and potential customer sites
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting key products and services
• Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide accurate product information and technical details to customers to address their queries and concerns
• Process sales transactions, manage order documentation, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all sales activities
• Report daily sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for business growth

What we're looking for

• Accepting high school graduates with own driver's license and motorcycle.
• Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, or field sales roles within the consumer products or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer bases
• Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining high motivation and discipline
• Physical capability to travel extensively throughout the Cavite upper area.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
