Roving Sales Coordinator

• The Tactical Coordinator is responsible for executing field sales and merchandising activities across assigned areas. The role ensures strong product visibility, proper stock availability, and consistent brand presence in existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• As the company’s on-ground representative, the Tactical Coordinator regularly visits stores and potential clients, coordinates with the Sales Team and Warehouse, monitors product movement, and helps expand the company’s market coverage by prospecting and securing new accounts.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• · Conduct regular visits to assigned stores and accounts to monitor product availability, displays, pricing, and overall brand presence.
• · Prospect for potential new accounts such as groceries, supermarkets, convenience stores, retailers, wholesalers, and other suitable establishments within the assigned territory.
• · Introduce and present the company’s products to prospective clients and communicate available product offerings, pricing, and programs.
• · Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting qualified leads into active accounts.
• · Coordinate the onboarding and initial orders of newly acquired accounts with the Sales Team and other concerned departments.
• · Work closely with the Sales Team and Warehouse to facilitate timely stock replenishment and deliveries.
• · Maintain proper product arrangement, visibility, and cleanliness based on company merchandising standards.
• · Monitor product movement and identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items requiring attention.
• · Assist in the execution of in-store promotions, product displays, and other trade marketing activities.
• · Maintain good working relationships with store personnel, existing clients, and prospective accounts within the assigned area.
• · Observe and report competitor products, pricing, promotions, and other relevant market activities.
• · Submit regular field reports covering store visits, account prospects, sales opportunities, inventory updates, photos, and other observations.
• · Provide timely feedback on field concerns and potential business opportunities to the Sales Team.
• Perform other sales, merchandising, and field-related duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• · At least a high school graduate; vocational, college level, or college graduate is an advantage.
• · Experience in merchandising, field sales, retail, account acquisition, or similar field-based work is preferred.
• · Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
• · Comfortable approaching potential clients, presenting products, and developing new accounts.
• · Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• · Willing to perform extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• · Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• · Results-oriented and willing to take initiative in identifying new sales opportunities.
