Roving Supervisor

Ensures smooth, efficient, and consistent operation of all gamefowl farms by conducting regular site visits, supervising farm personnel, and monitoring the health, performance and welfare of all gamefowls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or any related field is preferred.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in gamefowl or poultry farm operations, with a solid background in breeding, brooding, hatching, and growing processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of gamefowl health management, including vaccination, deworming, and medication programs.
• Skilled in egg classification, candling, and proper storage and handling of hatching eggs.
• Familiar with bloodline identification, breeding records, and lineage tracking.

Supervisory Ability:

• Proven experience in supervising farmboys and caretakers, ensuring adherence to schedules and standard procedures.
• Capable of monitoring multiple farm sites and maintaining operational consistency and efficiency across locations.

Analytical & Decision-Making Skills:

• Able to identify and resolve farm-related issues promptly.
• Attention to detail in monitoring gamefowl health, performance, and welfare.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Highly responsible, organized, and proactive.
• Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Willing to travel frequently and perform daily site visits across multiple farm locations.

Location:

• Tarlac-based; must be willing to stay in San Mateo, Rizal when the Head of Operations is out of town.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
