ROW Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 3–5 years of experience in Right-of-Way (ROW), Site Acquisition, Land Acquisition, Property Management, or Telecommunications.
• Preferably with experience in telecommunication infrastructure projects, including fiber optic, towers, cell sites, poles, ducts, and other network facilities.
• Experienced in negotiating with property owners, landlords, tenants, LGUs, barangays, and other stakeholders for ROW and site access requirements.
• Knowledgeable in lease agreements, easements, permits, property documents, and ROW-related contracts.
• Experienced in securing and monitoring site access, permits, clearances, and other regulatory requirements for telecom deployment.
• Able to manage and resolve ROW issues, landowner concerns, access restrictions, and project delays.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in preparing ROW reports, trackers, documentation, and project status updates.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Willing to conduct field/site visits and travel as required.
• With leadership experience and the ability to manage ROW/site acquisition personnel is an advantage.
