- Supporting travel arrangements, meetings, documentation and general business administration.
- Assisting with events, distributor due diligence activities and wider operational support as required.
- Managing vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and related records.
- Maintaining business, financial and statutory records to ensure information is accurate, accessible and well managed.
- Coordinating contract administration, including monitoring renewal, expiry and review dates.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
- Coordinating ICT requests, equipment allocation and asset management activities.
- Supporting office facilities, meeting room bookings and workplace resources.
- Assisting with onboarding, relocation and repatriation activities for employees and secondees.
About you

To be successful, you'll bring:
- At least three years' experience in administration, business support or team coordination.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
