ROW Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in permitting
• Hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Willing to be assigned to the Head Office (Muntinlupa City) and/or project sites within Luzon
• Able to start immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, process, and secure all required permits from relevant authorities, including Barangay offices, LGUs, DPWH, and other government agencies
• Ensure timely completion of permitting requirements in compliance with applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate and well-organized digital and physical records of all permits
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with government offices and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, interpersonal, and follow-up skills to facilitate permit approvals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,630.00 per month
