RPA Automation Dev Sr analyst

Role & responsibilities

Automation Development:

• Minimum 3 years development experience with Power Platform & RPA tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot as part of the Power Platform ecosystem.

Azure Services:

• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.

Microsoft Copilot:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot.

SQL:

• Proficiency in SQL, databases, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries.

Web Services:

• Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML.

Additional Technical Skills:

• Desirable experience in writing interfaces and third-party integrations.
• Preferred experience in designing and implementing chatbots.
• Desirable experience in General AI development in Power Platform and other platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP).

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability, using sound judgement and experience.
• Effective at researching information and analyzing data to support recommendations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Project Management and Delivery Methodologies:

• Experience with agile methodologies and waterfall project delivery approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver without significant senior support/escalation.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver work within tight timeframes.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.

Self-Management and Teamwork:
