Job Summary

We are seeking an Automation Anywhere Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360). The role involves working closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to automate repetitive business processes and deliver stable, scalable automation solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Automation Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).

• Automate web, desktop, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and database-based processes.

• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault usage.

• Enhance and modify existing bots based on change requests.

Testing & Support

• Participate in unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Support post-deployment activities and ensure SLA adherence.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, and technical documentation.

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like JIRA.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere (A2019/A360).

• Good understanding of RPA SDLC and workflow-based automation.

• Experience with Excel, Outlook, PDF, and web automation.

• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Automation Anywhere 360.

• Experience with SAP, Citrix, or ERP systems.

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML or OCR concepts.

• Familiarity with Git or CI/CD pipelines.
