RPA DEVELOPER - Banking Process

About the role

RPA Developer role requiring 3-5 years of experience in robotic process automation development with banking process expertise. The role involves modelling and developing robotic processes, maintaining developer standards, and providing operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Modelling and developing robotic processes during the project development stage
• Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
• Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming
• Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
• Working directly with users to capture gaps and address them accurately according to process
• Provide prompt reporting on progress and escalation of issues
• Documentation of technical design and user guides
• Deployment of codes as per change management process
• Post deployment support and level 3 support

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years RPA development experience
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant RPA development and support experience
• Prior experience in banking processes
• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop development
• Proven experience in attended and unattended bot setup, configuration, and support
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes for bot-related issues
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
• Ability to adhere to regulations and standards
• Able to work onsite and provide operational support as required
