We are looking for an RPA Developer with at least 3 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism. Blue Prism is the primary requirement, while experience with other RPA tools and technologies is an advantage.

ASAP candidates are highly prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Design and implement automation workflows based on business requirements.
• Develop reusable processes, business objects, and automation components.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct testing and support deployment of automation solutions.
• Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support production processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of RPA development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
• Solid understanding of RPA development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience in process and object development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of exception handling, work queues, scheduling, and automation workflows.
• Basic SQL and database integration knowledge.
• Experience with APIs, web services, or system integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
