RPA Developer

Hiring: RPA Developer | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis.

Experience: 4 6 Years

Required Skills Blue Prism 4+ Years (Mandatory)

Automation Anywhere 360 3+ Years (Mandatory)

Microsoft Power Automate 2+ Years (Mandatory)

Relevant RPA Certifications (Preferred/Mandatory) Good to Have:

Experience working in SAP environments Strong understanding of process automation, workflow optimization, and bot development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere 360, and Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
