• Design, develop, and test automation solutions using Blue Prism and additional programming languages such as .NET.
• Manage process scheduling and monitor automation workflows via the Blue Prism Control Room.
• Utilize strong debugging skills to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize RPA processes.
• Implement and manage data gateways for secure data transactions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure best practices are followed for error handling, exception management, and reusability in automation design.
• Integrate and utilize monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic and related applications to enhance performance monitoring.
• Support and maintain RPA applications, including production support and on-call troubleshooting activities.
