RPA Developer

该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for a strong hands-on RPA Developer to support a large enterprise migration from UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD). The key requirement is someone who can understand existing UiPath automations quickly, rebuild them efficiently in PAD, troubleshoot independently, and deliver at a fast pace. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing UiPath workflows and migrate/rebuild them in Power Automate Desktop.
• Develop, test, debug and optimize PAD automations.
• Work with desktop/web applications, Excel/files, databases, APIs and legacy/host-based systems.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and identify practical solutions or workarounds.
• Implement exception handling, logging, credential management and reusable components.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution and production deployment.
• Work closely with the Technical Architect and other developers to deliver migrations within agreed timelines. Experience & Skills
• 3–5 years of overall RPA / automation development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop / Power Automate.
• Strong ability to understand existing UiPath workflows and independently rebuild them in PAD.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with web, desktop, Excel/files, APIs, databases and legacy applications.
• Good understanding of enterprise RPA development practices.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quickly without compromising quality. Preferred
• Based in Malaysia or Guangzhou, China.
• Previous UiPath → Power Automate Desktop migration experience is highly preferred.
• Banking or large enterprise automation experience is an advantage.
• Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath certifications are an advantage. We are primarily looking for a highly hands-on developer with strong technical ability, speed and problem-solving skills, rather than someone focused mainly on architecture or management.
