Job Description:
The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining robotic process automation solutions. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into automated workflows, and ensure that RPA solutions are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical RPA solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of automation processes.
• Monitor deployed bots and provide production support and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and automation-related reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Follow RPA development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement of existing automation solutions.

Required Skills:

• Blue Prism – REQUIRED / NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Automation Anywhere – REQUIRED / NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Experience in designing and developing automated business processes.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
