Position Overview

We are seeking an RPA Developer to help automate manual and repetitive business processes across the organization. This role will focus on developing deterministic, step-based automation workflows within a low-code RPA platform , with opportunities to incorporate Python and JavaScript scripting .

The ideal candidate has experience with RPA or automation development, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable asking questions to fully understand business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA bot workflows in a low-code development environment.
• Automate repetitive user actions such as navigating applications, clicking through screens, entering data, and completing routine tasks.
• Use Python and/or JavaScript when additional scripting is needed.
• Partner with business teams to understand existing processes and translate them into automated workflows.
• Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline automated processes.
• Support automation initiatives across multiple business divisions.

Required Skills

• Experience with RPA, automation development, or similar software development .
• Willingness to develop primarily within a low-code platform .
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and document step-by-step business processes.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when requirements are unclear.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing RPA bots or workflow automations .
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript .
• Experience working with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Familiarity with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated workflows.
