RPA Developer

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions that support our digital transformation journey and create sustainable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath .
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into effective and scalable automation solutions.
• Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and actively participate in sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, reusable, and high-quality automation workflows in line with development standards and best practices.
• Provide production support for deployed automations and ensure their stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to AI-powered and intelligent automation initiatives , including emerging automation technologies and capabilities.
• Work effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value through automation.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation and contribute to automation development standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field .
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA development .
• Strong hands-on development experience with UiPath .
• Solid knowledge and practical experience working within Agile environments , including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into effective technical automation solutions.
• Experience in the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support .
• Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, SAP, and OCR technologies is preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI, Document Understanding, and/or AI-powered automation solutions is a strong advantage.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and proactive working style.
• Professional proficiency in English .
