About the Role

SphereGen is looking for a hands-on RPA Developer with experience in UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, C#/.NET, APIs, and databases. You will design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Build integrations with .NET applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain C#/.NET-based applications supporting automation.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and provide production support for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in software development and/or RPA.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar RPA platforms.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Git/GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.

Location & Work Authorization

• Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of New Haven, CT.
• Must be available to work from the office as required.
• U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) only.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
