RPA Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level RPA Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate must have experience developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop, with at least 5 completed automations using these RPA platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Develop automation workflows using RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain desktop automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation workflows.
• Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions before deployment.
• Monitor deployed automations and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.

About you

• At least 3 years of experience with RPA technologies.
• Must have developed 5 or more automation solutions using RPA platforms.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop.
• Experience with MS SQL scripting.
• Experience with VBA.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience working with JSON.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
