RPA Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere to streamline business processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define automation project scope.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy automation workflows and bots.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance validation of automation solutions.
• Monitor, support, and maintain existing automation implementations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, automation failures, and system exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Train and mentor junior developers on Automation Anywhere best practices and development standards.
• Participate in solution reviews and recommend process improvements and automation enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure automation solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements within the Automation Anywhere platform.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, automation, or RPA implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere development.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience with process assessment, process mapping, and automation opportunity identification.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, VBScript, or .NET technologies.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, and related platform components.
• Exposure to other automation and RPA tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
