We are looking for a RPA Developer who will bring his/her enthusiasm, positive attitude and experience to be a part of our dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements,
• Create & maintain technical design documentation,
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes,
• Participate in problem identification/error resolution process after project goes live,
• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions to complement and enhance intelligent automation initiatives,
• Integrate AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing RPA solutions to automate complex business processes and improve decision-making capabilities,
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for leveraging Agentic AI technologies within enterprise automation programs,
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility,
• Able to take ownership of a problem / solution and drive it through to completion,
• Able to prioritise tasks in line with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, preferred Computer Engineering or Software Engineering,
• Solid experience in Design, develop & test Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath,
• Certification in UIPath is a big plus,
• Good knowledge of programming principles, development skills in object orientated programming such as C#, VB .NET, Experience with MS SQL, Html, Css, Jquery,
• SAP / SAP Abap knowledge is a big plus,
• Experience with Agentic AI concepts, AI Agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus,
• Experience in developing intelligent automation solutions that combine RPA and AI capabilities is highly desirable,
• Experience in delivering Agile delivery streams along with knowledge of other SDLC models,
• Strong ability to effectively balance a number of tasks, work to deadlines, and produce high quality deliverables,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
