RPA Developer (UiPath) - Development & Support

Key Responsibilities

• Development Activities
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
• Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate UiPath bots with applications such as SAP, Oracle, web applications, Excel, and databases.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Deploy automation solutions through UiPath Orchestrator.
• Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Activities
• Monitor and maintain production bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for deployed automations.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, bot failures, and process exceptions.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Manage bot schedules, queues, assets, and credentials.
• Handle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Prepare operational reports and automation performance metrics.
• Ensure SLA compliance and support business continuity.
