Role Description:

Key Requirements

Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale automation platforms.

Production support, platform operations, and incident management experience.

Technical Skills:

RPA Platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar)

AWS Cloud administration and engineering

On-premises platform management

SaaS platform integration and support

Software development and scripting

Code reviews and secure coding practices

System architecture and platform design

Monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Core Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain automation platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.

Manage production support and platform operations.

Monitor platform performance and resolve issues.

Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Work with business and technology stakeholders.

Build and manage a tiered support and escalation model.

Drive platform adoption, innovation, and operational excellence.

Establish best practices, frameworks, and governance processes.

• CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
