About the role

NCS Philippines is seeking a talented RPA Power Platform developer to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic process automation and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation across our organisation. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and related Power Platform tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse process requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Build and maintain automation workflows, bots and applications that enhance operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot, test and debug RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Document technical specifications, processes and implementation procedures for developed solutions
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on implemented automation solutions
• Stay current with emerging RPA and Power Platform technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems
• Optimise and refine existing RPA implementations to improve performance and reduce costs

What we're looking for

• Proven experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar RPA platforms
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents
• Solid understanding of business process automation and workflow design principles
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and integration services, preferably Azure or Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python or VB.NET
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Relevant RPA certifications (such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere certifications) are highly desirable
• Experience with database management and SQL is preferred
