Must Have Experience We’re seeking a skilled and forward-thinking RPA Developer to join our automation team and help streamline enterprise operations through intelligent automation solutions.

In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain RPA workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring automation ideas to life. You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end automation lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and support—in a fast-paced, enterprise-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities.

Design and develop RPA solutions following best practices and standard frameworks.

Build unattended bots

Integrate bots with RESTful APIs and web services.

Leverage UiPath AI Center (formerly AI Fabric), Document Understanding, and OCR to enhance cognitive automation.

Implement automations using UiPath's REFramework and modern design for UI automation.

Apply version control and CI/CD practices using GitHub or similar tools.

Create and maintain reusable automation components to drive efficiency.

Assist with documentation, including technical design documents and user guides.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and support deployed automations in production.

Key Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in RPA development in enterprise environments.

Proficiency in UiPath Studio and orchestrator tools.

Strong understanding of Office365 integration in automation workflows.

Experience with API-based integration and web automation.

Familiarity with AI/ML components in UiPath (e.g., AI Center, OCR, Document Understanding).

Solid understanding of REFramework and modular design patterns.

Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment automation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD) Mandatory
