RPh Operations Advisor - Med D

For our client, we are seeking a Rph Operations Advisor - Med D to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $176,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Support Medicare Part D members and providers with pharmacy benefit requests
• Set up cases accurately for members and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines
• Review clinical information to make decisions on requests
• Perform outreach to providers for additional information as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of Medicare Part D requests
• Apply clinical knowledge to assess and determine the importance of large volumes of information
• Work independently and adapt to feedback and changes in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in state of residence
• Clinical Pharmacist experience reviewing Medicare Part D requests in a Caremark PBM environment
• Proficient in multiple software systems with a dual-screen workstation setup
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for case decision-making
