Position Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare RPO Recruiter to join our team in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment focused exclusively on clinical healthcare positions .

This role is responsible for proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and pipeline development across clinical roles including nursing, allied health, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has previous RPO experience , strong healthcare recruiting knowledge, and thrives in a metrics-driven environment where activity and results matter.

This is a fully remote, non-client-facing position working directly with an assigned Project Manager and recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clinical requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Conduct high-volume proactive sourcing and outreach through job boards, ATS/CRM databases, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Recruit and engage both active and passive clinical candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and assess qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and other position-specific requirements.
• Move qualified candidates efficiently through the recruiting process from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and documentation within the ATS/CRM.
• Coordinate required credentialing, background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with the Project Manager to execute recruiting strategies, priorities, and hiring goals.
• Communicate pipeline health, recruiting activity, challenges, and progress regularly.
• Consistently meet established daily, weekly, and monthly activity and hiring goals .
• Track and leverage recruiting metrics including sourcing activity, submissions, interviews, offers, hires, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Previous RPO recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, or other licensed clinical professionals.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment .
• Strong sourcing skills, including job boards, ATS/CRM databases, Boolean search, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, texts, emails, and candidate engagement .
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining accountable to project goals.
• Comfortable working across multiple recruiting systems and technology platforms.
