What they need
Administer and support RSA Archer platform, manage user access and configurations, troubleshoot incidents, monitor data feeds, handle ServiceNow tickets, support DR and certificate activities, and maintain SOPs/runbooks ensuring SLA compliance.
Required Candidate profile
3–5 years of RSA Archer administration/support experience with expertise in access control, data feeds, ServiceNow, SQL, Active Directory, troubleshooting, and 24x7 production support.
