Rsa Archer Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain Archer applications, workflows, and dashboards to support risk, compliance, and audit functions.
• Integrate Archer platform with third-party systems and data sources.
• Develop and optimize Archer reports, notifications, and escalation workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the Archer environment.
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of Archer configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RSA Archer applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiners preferred, with a joining timeline within 20 days.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform development and administration.

• Proficient in Archer configuration, including Data Feeds, APIs, workflow design, and report building.

• Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

• Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, VBScript) and SQL.

• Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and Web Services.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
