Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

Supervise, coordinate, and motivate Sales Territory Managers (TSMs), marketers, and other sales personnel.

Recruit, train, and manage sales team members to improve productivity and performance.

Identify new markets, distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Monitor competitors’ activities, market prices, and product visibility.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure accurate reporting.

Monitor sales performance and take corrective action where necessary.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and sales procedures.

Submit regular sales performance reports to management.
